Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. For a change-of-mind return, products must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Sets must be returned complete.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Contact us first to obtain authorization and return instructions. Authorized returns are sent to 11 Rue De La Tour De L’Horloge, 57480 Sierck-Les-Bains, France. This return address is in France; customers returning from the United States will be arranging an international return.
Return shipping and product problems
We cover return shipping when the return results from our error, damage, a defect or an incorrect item. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent you from reporting damage, defects or incorrect items. Contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
